UGA Alumni Regional Club/Chapter Event Request Form
The UGA Alumni Association requires a minimum of eight weeks' notice to properly market events. This allows us the time to post your activity in at least one national E-Newsletter and to send a minimum of two evites prior to the RSVP deadline.
For an event to be included in the monthly E-Newsletter, the full details must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to the month's E-Newsletter in which you wish to have the information included. For an event to be included in the Georgia Magazine, the full details must be submitted seven months in advance.
Note: Please proof all of your information carefully before submitting it in this form, as each revision creates delays that may affect your promotion schedule and the attendance of the event.
