UGA-GT Challenge Benefiting Children's Healthcare
By taking part in the UGA-GT Challenge, you can win one for your team and the young patients at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Alumni and fans of the University of Georgia and the Georgia Institute of Technology will sell tickets to the annual Spring Baseball Classic for Kids featuring UGA and GT May 13 at Turner Field. Proceeds from the event's ticket sales benefit Children's, a not-for-profit pediatric healthcare organization. As a UGA Challenge volunteer, you'll be distributing order forms with ticket package options to your contacts. You can volunteer at your own pace and work toward incentives as an individual or a team. Children's will handle all the orders, including payment processing and distribution of tickets. Your time commitment is minimal, but your involvement will make a significant difference in the lives of the many young patients at Children's. Join us in February for the 2008 UGA-GT Challenge kickoff orientation lunch. Contact Dave Winokur at 404-785-7373 for more information about volunteering. |
